Transportation Coordinator

Location: Kerrville, TX

Type: Part-time | Full-time

Benefits: Flexible schedule, 20 hrs./week initially

Compensation: $17.00 – $18.50 based on experience

Kerr♦Konnect is a non-profit, volunteer rideshare service and we’re growing! We’re looking for

a multitasking pro who likes working with the public, has excellent communication skills, strong

computer proficiency, and a commitment to making a positive difference in our community.

Key Responsibilities

 Communication & Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client

inquiries: monitor and respond to emails and voicemail messages; route messages and

requests to the appropriate staff or volunteers

 Transportation Services: Schedule requested rides and enter trip details into our online

scheduling system; call drivers to fill unassigned ride requests; confirm, reschedule, or

cancel appointments as needed

 Office Administration: Understand and support office procedures related to

memberships, ride accounts, and client records; assist with maintaining office records.

Ensure office areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications

 Comfortable working with people over the phone and in person

 Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

 Able to work independently with minimal supervision

 Prior customer service experience preferred

 Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

 Genuine interest in and support for the mission of Kerr♦Konnect

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, personal transportation

and be able to pass a background check.
